Have the ability to improve the dynamesh system to be fully dynamic instead of having to constantly ctrl+drag to re-dynamesh. This could be to in the similar fashion where sculptris is a voxel-based sculpting program where the mesh is dynamically re-tessellating itself. As well as having the ability to have better control and implementation of local tesselation levels on the mesh. For such features I would imagine having an option button to activate such features as to not alienate people would prefer the fully quad based retopo method of the current dynamesh.
